A TikToker parodies American tourists visiting Spain and goes viral: "It's great, but there are no alligators."

Between the United States and Europe there are thousands of differences, especially those related to its history, as the North American country is much younger than the rest of Europe. This makes the Old Continent a very popular destination among American tourists.

And that's what TikToker Zac Ryan (@zacxcviii), a young man born in Germany but currently living in Michigan, has talked about. He's shared a funny video of his visit to Spain with his more than 500,000 followers on the TikTok social network . Specifically, the young man parodies American tourists traveling to Europe for the first time and has already surpassed 300,000 views.

An opinion with parody

The content shared by the renowned influencer consists of a series of sketches that mimic funny situations that are repeated among American tourists more frequently than we might imagine. "Oh, yeah, this geographic location is cool and all, but it's not the Grand Canyon," he says while looking at a rock off the beaches of Alicante.

He then heads toward a narrow street and asks himself, "How is my Ford F-250 Super Duty Platinum supposed to fit on this street? And where would I park it if I lived here?" He also points out that on that same street he would fit three classic American franchises: Walmart, Bass Pro Shops, and Ron Jon Surf Shop.

Similarly, upon encountering a bullring, he refers to it, saying in surprise, "I didn't know the coliseum was here! It must be a franchise." He also hints that Santa Barbara Castle was named after a city in California.

To finish, he highlights a common point that he finds between Spain and Florida: the number of palm trees in their landscapes and the retirees. However, he points out that unlike the United States, Spain lacks a sense of danger, as "There are no alligators." He ends up on a street with a lamppost covered in wires and questions whether the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) would approve it.
